Who we are

Mozghovyi Group S.R.L. ("Mozghovyi Group", "we", "us") is a company registered in Romania.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this document, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect, and why

1. Information you send us through the contact form

When you submit the inquiry form we store the name, work email, company name, project type, indicative budget band, and the message you write, together with the interface language and the page that referred you.

• Purpose: to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.

2. Email you send us directly

If you write to us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet accounting or legal obligations.

3. Analytics

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and the events described in our Cookie Policy.

• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• No analytics script is loaded before you make a choice.

4. Server logs

Firebase Hosting keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) needed to serve the site securely.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data on our behalf

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors:

• Google Ireland Limited — Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics.
• Our email provider — delivery and storage of correspondence.

Where a processor transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@mozghovyi.com. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country of residence.

Security

Inquiries submitted through the form are written to Cloud Firestore over TLS. Security rules permit creation only — the records cannot be read back from the browser by anyone, including you or third parties. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to Mozghovyi Group personnel.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects consent-based processing, ask for consent again.
